Directions on how to submit a service request

1. Login to my.asu.edu 
2. Select Service on the navigation bar
3. Select submit a request
4. Under the heading “Deskside Support” select “UTO Deskside Consulting".
5. Under the request type select from the dropdown menu a request. The reason does not need to be exact.   
6. Under building search type the prefix "Bateman". A list will appear with all the Physical Sciences wings.
7. In the additional details section please include your office number, contact number, Physics, and a detailed description of what service needs to be performed;
8. Click on the Order Button to submit the request.
